QUALITY POLICY.

 The Management of LTE SRL, in order to ensure a product/service marked by the maximum satisfaction of its customers , and more generally, of all stakeholders, maintains active and applies a Quality Management System in accordance with the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. The Management of LTE SRL considers Quality a cornerstone of its strategy and promotes the commitment to quality at all levels of the organization; it disseminates and supports the commitment to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System and to continuously improve its effectiveness by conveying to all employees the concept of the importance of proper management and communication. To this end, the Management of LTE SRL plans and implements the continuous involvement, training and updating of personnel at all levels. The commitments of the Quality Policy are translated into a plan of defined, measurable and appropriate objectives for individual levels of the organization. Through the Quality Policy LTE has set the following objectives: 

- Meet the expectations of Customers, and stakeholders, by maintaining Quality standards and improving service performance 

- Ensure the realization of products/services in accordance with industry regulations, applicable mandatory regulations and current legislation. 

- Optimize processes, gradually increasing their level of efficiency 

- Periodically evaluate suppliers to achieve set quality levels 

Management is committed to making available adequate resources and means to achieve the set objectives, in terms of expertise, equipment, information, economic resources, and to constantly monitor their adequacy. Moreover, the Management, intending to base its decisions on the analysis of objective data and information, plans its processes with a risk-based thinking ( RBT) approach in order to implement the most appropriate actions to assess and deal with the risks associated with the processes and exploit and reinforce the opportunities identified, for this it promotes at all levels an adequate sense of proactivity in the management of its risks . By setting as a permanent goal the continuous improvement of the performance of its Quality system, risk and opportunity assessment, audit activities, internal and external, and management review are the tools that LTE puts in place to continuously improve.
