Information provided pursuant to Articles 13-14 of the GDPR 2016/679

LTE SRL with headquarters in Erbusco (BS) Via Castellini 15, CF 04159880980, ( hereinafter Owner), in its capacity as data controller, informs you that pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ( hereinafter "GDPR") and in relation to the information that you will come into possession of, for the purposes of the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes:

1. Object of the treatment

The Controller processes personal identification data ( e.g., first name, last name, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment references ) hereinafter ("personal data" or also "data") you provide when concluding contracts with the Controller and/or when registering on www.lte-light.com, hereinafter "the Site," filling out registration forms through the Site at events organized by the Controller or requests for support and sending newsletters, commercial communications and/or promotional material.

2. Purpose of processing

The data you provide are processed: 

A) Without your express consent art.6 letter b), e) GDPR, for the following service purposes: 

  • Concluding contracts for the holder's services 
  • Fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with you  
  • Fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as in the field of money laundering)  
  • Exercise the rights of the owner, such as the right to defence in court 

B) Only after your specific and distinct consent (art. 7 GDPR), for the following other purposes: 

  • To send you e-mailsornewsletters, commercial communicationsorpromotional material on products or services offered by the Controller and/or satisfaction surveys. 

We inform you that if you are already our customers, we will be able to send you commercial communications relating to the Controller's services and products similar to those you have already used, except for your dissent (Article 130 of the Privacy Code).  

3. Processing methods

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art.4 n.1) GDPR and namely: collection and recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, strengthening use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and distribution of data. Your personal data is subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing. The Data Controller will process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes and for no longer than 2 years from the collection of the data for Other Purposes.

4. Data access and communication

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes set out in Articles 2.A) and 2.B):

- to employees and collaborators of the owner, in their capacity as appointees and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators.

- To third-party companies or other entities ( by way of example, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, providers, website, cloud providers, e-payment service providers, suppliers, hardware and software support technicians, shippers, carriers, etc...) who perform outsourcing activities on behalf of the Controller, in their capacity as data processors.

Without the need for express consent (art.6 lett.b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes of art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, as well as to subjects whose communication is required by law for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as autonomous data controllers. Your data will not be disclosed.

6. Security

The Data Controller has adopted adequate technical and organizational methods to guarantee the level of security with respect to the risk, taking into account the state of the art, the nature, the object of the context and the processing purposes, as well as the risk of varying probability and severity for the rights and freedoms of individuals.  

7. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to reply 

The provision of data for the purposes of Article 2.A) is mandatory. In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee you the services of art. 2.A).
On the other hand, the provision of data for the purposes of art.2.B) is optional. You can therefore decide not to provide any data or to deny later the possibility of processing data already provided; in this case, you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material related to the services offered by the Owner. You will, however, continue to be entitled to the Services referred to in Art. 2.A)

8. Rights of the data subject 

At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679, the right to:

(i) to request confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data;

(ii) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, and, when possible, the retention period;

(iii) obtain rectification and deletion of data;

(iv) obtain restriction of processing;

(v) obtain portability of data, i.e., receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;

vi) object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes; including profiling.

(vii) to object to automated decision-making related to individuals

(viii) to request from the data controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability;

(ix) revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;

(x) file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
